How Long do the main batteries last?
This is a good question..... The only answer would have to come from a crystal ball. The Technology for the most part is fairly new, Honda introduced the first Hybrid called the Insight in 1999. What I can say, as a whole, the industry has had no real problems in the longevity of the batteries. I have not heard one case of battery failure. Also, Honda, Toyota and Lexus warranties the Hybrid system for 8 Years or 80K miles for the Honda and 100K for Toyota and Lexus. I feel if the manufactures are willing to stand behind their product for such a long period of time, they believe in their batteries. Of course as time goes on, the technology is going to become better and the batteries are going to become lighter, more powerful and last longer. In my experience the batteries are a non issue.

Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?
You may use the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form to request a particular time of day for your delivery. We will do our best to honor your request, however, as we do not know the schedules of each of our delivering florists we cannot guarantee the time of delivery without authorization from our customer service department.

You have bought your New Car.... Now What?

What documents or paperwork do I need to bring with me to close the sale?
1) Driver License... If you choose to have more than one person on the title we must have both licenses. 2) If you are transferring a license plate to your new car. Please bring your current registration. If you need to buy a new tag we will give you a 30 day temporary tag to give you enough time register your vehicle in your home state or until your new plate arrives (Fla. Only). 3) Your current car insurance information; company and policy number. 4) Form of payment; Cashiers Check, Bank Draft, or if your wiring payment (refer to wiring instructions question).
How will I know if my order has been received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. If there are any problems, you will be contacted via e-mail or by telephone with an explanation.
Will you provide me with banners and graphics to use for my site?
Yes. We will provide you with all the needed banners, graphics, textual links, and marketing support. Your affiliate account manager will also notify you by e-mail when new banners are available such as upcoming holidays and seasons. (ex. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.)
